South Florida Bass Fishing

It's been awhile that we've been out in the Everglades Bass fishing this year. Plaqued by high water it's been tough bass fishing everywhere in South Florida. Water levels dictate the quality of the largemouth fishing except on Lake Okeechobee. We decided to try the Holy land wildlife refuge yesterday and did o'kay. My partner Capt. Victor Cole and I landed about 20 small bass in a half-day all on plastics up to 5 1/2 lbs. With falling water levels starting any day now the bass fishing in South Florida should improve.
